In 2025, AIGHD coordinated and taught several courses of the bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes in medicine at the Amsterdam UMC, as well as the research master’s in global health at the Vrije Universiteit.
We continued running the Research Methods Forum, an ongoing methods-based learning community that all fellows can attend for free, which was launched in 2024.
Research master's in global health
Since 2012, AIGHD has been collaborating with the Vrije Universiteit (VU) in Amsterdam as a founding partner of the two-year research master's degree programme in global health.
Our role focuses on the design, planning, and teaching of courses as well as supporting the overall coordination of the programme.
